History
Extensively updated over the years with modern equipment and thoroughly renovated and cared for by the same owners for the last 20 years. First Home is likely the finest example of the beloved 92-foot Cheoy Lee, designed by renowned American Yacht Designer Tom Fexas.
2008: After her first retrofit, she won the award for “Best Interior” at Yacht Fest San Diego.
2013: In Florida, a second large retrofit updated machinery systems and further revamped the interior to better suit the needs of the Bahamas charter seasons.
2022: First Home returned to the West Coast, where she has been steadily crewed, updated, and maintained.
